Saint Romain Coffee was born in 2020 in a small winemaking village in Burgundy, France, with the desire to produce exceptional small lots of Ethiopian coffee.
Inspired by how some of the best Burgundy wine is made, Saint Romain Coffee is passionate about developing strong relationships with producers, understanding and expressing the uniqueness of the specific terroir, and roasting each small batch by hand.
We see many parallels between specialty coffee and wine, and regularly produce “experimental” lots in collaboration with coffee-producing and wine-producing friends.
